Prize

• The giveaway will run from Friday, October 26th, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. to Monday, November 26th, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
• 1 winner will win a free car interior detailing for a maximum of 2 hours, valued at $159
  • Any additional cleaning exceeding 2 hours will be charged at the regular rate with the winners’ consent
• The prize must be redeemed by no later than Monday, December 31st, 2018
  • Failing to do so will forfeit the prize
• The prize is as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and are non-transferable
• In the event of the prizes not being available for whatever reason, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality
• Waterdown Collision reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost via internet or Facebook platform malfunction
• The giveaway is open to residents in the Waterdown, Hamilton, and Burlington region that are not a direct employee or family member of the company or associated companies
• Participants must be registered on Facebook
• Entries must be received via https://www.facebook.com/waterdowncollision/
• To enter the giveaway:
  • Participants must like the Waterdown Collision Facebook page
  • Participants must also like the giveaway post on the Waterdown Collision Facebook page between 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26th, 2018 and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26th, 2018
• Only one entry per person is allowed (same name and same address, or same email or same IP address)
• Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
• No purchase is necessary to take part in the giveaway
• By entering this giveaway, you agree to have your name published on Facebook and any marketing material by Waterdown Collision
• Entrance to the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these rules

Winner

• The winner will be selected at random
• The winner of the giveaway will be drawn on Tuesday, October 23rd, 2018
• The winner will be announced on Tuesday, November 27th, 2018 on the Waterdown Collision Facebook page
• Any prize unclaimed after reasonable efforts from the Promoter to contact the winner will be distributed at Promoter’s discretion
• The decision of the marketing team at Waterdown Collision is final
• If the winner does not respond to the giveaway representative to confirm their identity as stated on a valid photo id, a new winner will be selected
• The winner must redeem their prize by no later than Monday, December 31st, 2018
  • Failing to do so will forfeit the prize
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw any winner through a fraudulent claim
• The winner will be contacted via Facebook to attain the winners’ first and last name
• The winner is required to present a valid id to confirm identity when redeeming their prize at the Waterdown Collision location
